Reviews Overview

Most Liked

Visitors rave about the outstanding coffee and dessert offerings, especially the homemade cakes and scones, which are a must-try.

The three-egg omelette garnished with chicken and goat cheese receives high praise for its fluffy texture and savory flavors.

Efficient service and a friendly environment are frequent highlights in reviews, showcasing a commitment to customer satisfaction. The casual atmosphere also makes it an enjoyable spot for individuals working on their laptops while sipping a warm cup of tea.

Most Disliked

Some patrons mention that the seating can fill up quickly during peak hours, which may lead to a longer wait for tables at times.

Although the outdoor area is lovely, certain guests find it less comfortable during cooler or rainy weather, as outdoor heating can be limited.

A few diners wish for an expanded menu that includes even more vegetarian options, though the current offerings do include healthy choices.

Great wee café. Friendly staff, sensible pricing, good food and coffee, and a stunning location (that I entirely failed to photograph! 🫣). I can particularly recommend the three-egg omelette (I had it with chicken and goats cheese). Simply awesome! 😋😋😋

A first class return after too many years. Attentive service with care. Fantastic coffee followed by delicious cream scones. Good disabled access with more than ample outdoor covered seating. Doorstep parking, Disabled and other. Good menu selection and traditional ice cream options like Knickerbocker Glory & Banana Split on offer. Lovely views across the Clyde. Thank you for making us feel special and welcome.
